The latest advances in science and technology has enabled Vitulus to have its meat tested for the protein content, fat analysis and the Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio in a nationally accredited facility. We wanted to see the difference between the external and internal (marbling) fat. What is perhaps most interesting is that there is a difference between the external and internal fat content, as the Wagyu breed have claimed for years.
