Posted on 02. Feb, 2011 by Margo Hayes in Saleyard
Vitulus has 1st cross Lowline/ Senepol and Lowline/ Limo/Murray Grey heifers for sale. These are the same genetics that produced the Grand Champion Carcass of the 2009 & 2007 Royal Brisbane Show. They make beautiful beef producers for small acreage holders. Exceptionally quiet. All are fully vaccinated. DOB: April 2010 Photo is of a full grown 1st cross Senepol/Lowline cow..she is the one that produced the Grand Champion Carcass 2009. Price $550 each. Sorry we do not have available at present but our next drop is due in April 2011.

Hi we are member of the lowline association and have purchased straws off you previously. We know want to buy a commercial breef producer If we purchase one off you do you also sell commercial straws. On another note we recently purchased a cow off weeroona and are having trouble with it not cycling, we have tried injections and she still is not going into cycle. Do you have any suggestions for us.
Many Thanks
Chris and Kathy Brett

Hi Margo,
I am interested in the Lowline/Limo/Murray Grey cows. I’m also interested in your opinion on putting a Square Meater bull over these cows to enhance early maturity, muscle, and low birth weight. I’m only a new comer to this field, so I could be ‘barking up the wrong tree’. Or could the Lowline/Senepol cross cows be a better option with a Square Meater bull? For your consideration, and for price and availability on the abovementioned Lowline crosses.
Regards,
Chris.
