		<description>Good Afternoon Margo,
We have miniature cattle (1xBull &amp; 1xSteer).
We are unsure if they are Lowline of Dexter Cattle. What is the easiest way to find out this information? Is it able to be established by having someone come out and view them or will their ear-tags and ID No.s be the best way to track their progeny.
Our twin sons are very keen to start breeding their own herd and as such we need to purchase a heifer for them. We want to make sure that we buy the correct breed to maintain the quality of the herd.
Thank-you for your help.
Kind Regards

		<description>Jane,
I am not sure if your query was answered. The first cross heifers make excellent beef makers for hobby farmers. If you join them back to a Lowline bull again the progeny with be a bit smaller but still excellent beef. This is what I won the Grand Champion Carcass at the Yoyal Brisbane show this year. I have some nice heifers for sale for $550 each. Let me know if there is anything else you would like to know.
Cheers
